At DULCE STORE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DULCE STORE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Please ensure garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
